Privacy Policy

The short version
Tool2Help does not ask for, collect or store personal information. There are no accounts, no sign-up forms and no newsletters. Everything you type into a tool stays in your browser.
Data you enter into tools
All tools on this site run as JavaScript in your own browser. Text you paste, colours you pick, files you drop in and numbers you enter are processed on your device and are never transmitted to any server. Nothing is logged, and there is no backend that could receive it even in principle.
Two tools save data locally so it survives a page reload: the budget tracker keeps your entries, and the site remembers your light or dark theme preference. Both use your browser's localStorage, which is storage on your own computer. Clearing your browser data for this site deletes it, and it is never sent anywhere.
Analytics
The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It is a privacy-first analytics product: it uses no cookies, does not fingerprint visitors, does not build cross-site profiles, and does not track individuals. It records aggregate figures such as which pages were visited, the referring site, country, and rough browser and device type.
Because no cookies or similar identifiers are used, this does not require a consent banner under the EU ePrivacy Directive or the UK PECR. Cloudflare's own privacy policy covers how it handles the data it processes on our behalf.
Cookies
Tool2Help sets no cookies of its own. No advertising, remarketing or tracking cookies are used.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and served from Cloudflare's global network. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes the network requests needed to deliver the page, which includes IP addresses handled transiently for routing, security and abuse prevention.
Third-party links
Some pages link to other websites. Once you follow such a link, that site's own privacy policy applies. We have no control over, and take no responsibility for, how other sites handle your data.
Children
Tool2Help is a general-audience utility site. It does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under 13.
Your rights
Regulations such as the GDPR and CCPA give you rights to access, correct and delete personal data held about you. Since this site holds no personal data about you, there is nothing to access, correct or delete. If you believe otherwise, please get in touch.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top. Material changes, such as introducing a service that does collect data, will be described explicitly rather than quietly folded in.
